I gave a one star rating because that was the lowest. If there had been a lower rating, I would have used it. The office visits seem to be routine. Dr. Waters suggested I be fitted for an orthotic. Trying to encourage me when I resisted, she told me it was 100% guaranteed. The 100% guarantee was that they would get $96. every time they adjusted it because it hurt me as much as the plantar fasciitis did and impeded my healing. Every shoe specialist I went to, told me the orthotic was too hard. I finally gave it back to them. I had a bulge on the outside of my foot. Dr. Waters said it was a bunion. I told her it was a fat pad formed from wearing certain sandals. To my knowledge, bunions form on the bone on the inside of the big toe, not on the outside of a foot. I wrote them a letter complaining and got no response other than a call to say they had a new orthotic. To which I declined.

Nails were cut too short and then got toe nail fungus after a visit. The last visit the bottom of my foot was burned while removing a callous. Then a pad was put on the bottom of my foot which was meant to be placed in the shoe, not on the foot and I had to soak my foot to remove it.
