Dr. Marilyn Joy Elizabeth Hepperle, MD

Dr Hepperle is great, but only got to see her once for the initial visit. Nobody knows what they’re doing up there. Each person you talk to tells you something different or blames someone else and then you end up chastised by staff because you did exactly what you were told to do by the previous person and it was wrong. Each time we had labs we had to go back because something wasn’t done, done correctly, or not in time for follow-up visits.

When did our doctors become owned by lawyers? They dress in scrubs and hang out in the office. How can we be sure our medical care is what it should be when they think of the bottom line”profit”

I have been seeing Dr. Properly for 13 years and consider her to be the best primary care physician in the area. She and Zack are always a joy to speak with and they run lab work on a regular basis. At one time her staff, joy and Stephanie, were her biggest problem. Especially Joy. She was so rude to so many patients, but now the new staff is great. I'm sure with the new staff and new policies her practice is going to thrive. I hope she keeps practicing for 20 more years.

I have been a patient of hers for over 10 years. What I respect about her is she does not throw medicines to the problem. She actually finds the issues and what is causing it. In past doctors have thrown pain meds and muscle relaxers at me for years. Dr. Hepperle will investigate find the cause and treat it. Truly an Angel helping people on earth. And Zach her LPN is going to be as great one day. He is a star on thr rise in the medical field. You Will not fine a more compitant team that takes the time to explain things and insures you get the best care

Dr. was late getting back from lunch due to accident that had her tied up in traffic. Once she got there she was really apologetic and went right to work very through and listened intently. Only first visit but got more accomplished than any doctors appt in past.

I have been seeing Dr. Hepperle for 3 years was in again on Tuesday . She has replaced the Office Management . WOW what a difference that made. Office manager Brad is very professional and helpful and the staff seem to enjoy their work again. Dr. Hepperle and Zack are awesome. If you do have to wait it is worth it for a smart caring physician!!

This is the rudest bunch of idiots I have ever encountered. My time is as important as the staff's. When you make an appointment for 9am, I will be seen at 9am. I will not be talked to like I am a drug seeker. YOU EXIST TO PROVIDE A SERVICE. I PAY YOU TO PROVIDE A SERVICE. YOU WORK FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS (PATIENTS) GET A CLUE. Cannot review the Doctor as I have a job and could not wait any longer.

The nurse Chasity is so rude and unprofessional. When I was in and asked a question she almost bit my head off. Her office manager Stephanie and older lady Joy are even worse they are constantly talking about people and pure rude I have even heard them talking about the doctor. The older lady joy is constantly yelling at the staff and degrading them.

After only two visits, I WILL NOT GO BACK. Dr. Hepperle is an awesome doctor. She is attentive and very accurate with her diagnosis. HOWEVER, she has the rudest, most unprofesssional staff I have ever been in contact with. ESPECIALLY, her 'manager'. She flat out told me that she did not have time to sit on the phone explaining things to patients. (Isn't that her job?) She repeatedly snapped at me and talked to me like a dog. When I called inquiring about medication for severe back pain, she told me that there's nothing they could do about it and that I should take something over the counter. She obviously has no personal experience with a herniated disc. Every staff member that I've spoken with has been short tempered with me and I have been nothing but curteous to them. If Dr. Hepperle doesn't do a complete over haul of her staff, she is going to lose all her business. I'm actually surprised her office is still open.
