Dr. Marilyn Ng, MD

Marilyn Ng, MD, MSc, is a board-certified Plastic and Reconstructive surgeon. She performs a broad range of plastic surgery and has special interests in reconstructive microsurgery, breast reconstruction, breast aesthetic and body contouring surgery. She completed her combined Bachelors and Master s degrees in Kinesiology & Applied Physiology at the University of Colorado at Boulder, Dr. Ng earned her Medical Degree from New York Medical College at Valhalla, NY. After graduating from her General Surgery residency at State University of New York at Downstate and Kings County Hospital Center in Brooklyn, Dr. Ng then completed her Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery fellowship at Summa Health Systems in Akron, OH. Having trained in the full breath of plastics, aesthetic, and reconstructive surgery, she further honed her skills at Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia, where she completed an advanced fellowship in reconstructive microsurgery. Dr. Ng collaborates and works closely with …other specialists to provide personalized surgical treatment. She is a member of the Katz Institute for Women s Health, and she is proud to be a vital breast reconstruction partner at the Florina Rusi Marke Comprehensive Breast Center. In addition to treating patients, Dr. Ng is active in resident surgical education as an Assistant Professor in the Division of Plastic and finds time to mentor to college students interested in surgery. Dr. Ng received her certification from the American Board of Plastic Surgery. She is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons as well as a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and American Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery. Dr. Ng enjoys working with all of her patients to achieve their goals with compassion and up-to-date care.
