I have had such pleasant experiences with Dr Pelias and her staff. I have been a patient for almost three years and have had laser,fillers and Botox treatments all with great results. I will continue to use her for all my cosmetic procedures for years to come! I recommend her to anyone looking to age gracefully . People are always telling me how good I look not realizing I have had "work done". That just makes my day!

I went to several doctors to get opinions about my breasts. The male doctors that I saw made me feel horrible pointing out flaws in my stomach and face. Dr. Pelias made me so comfortable. She listened to what I wanted and then addressed all of my concerns. I finally had a breast lift with implants and I am thrilled ! The results are better than I dreamed of and she and her staff were with me all the way. I have sent 3friends to her and will send more.

When I decided to have my hernia surgery done, I really wanted to avoid a large scar, choosing surgeon that also specializes in cosmetic surgery really was the right choice. The morning at the surgery center was fast, didn't leave any scarring, and I was on my feet the same day. It's been about a month since the operation, was out at the pool today, glad I choose a doctor that took my appearance concerns seriously. Couldn't be more satisfied with DR. Pelias!

I went into get a facial and it left my chin covered with scabs. I went back and showed the doctor and shee agred it was not normal, but laughed and said what do you want me to do about it. The doctor never apologized or offered no sort of compensation. I bought this facial and $200 worth of products that day. I will never be back!!!

When I called to make my original appointment, the aesthetician was extremely polite and flexible. I waited no more than 5 minutes, which included filling out a one page Patient Background form. The aesthetician put on the free numbing cream and let it set for 15 minutes. Dr. Pelias came in and counseled how the procedure would happen. She was both kind and gentle. The procedure was super quick - like 3 minutes. She placed an antibiotic and bandage and I was out in less that 25 minutes. I paid $200 for the entire procedure, which was 1/2 of my first treatment in Florida. My experience was wonderful!

I only had a consultation with Dr. Pealias so please keep that in mind. She advertises tattoo removal in New Orleans. I went for the free consultation and waited for 40 minutes. She was pleasant, but her rates are twice as much as I've paid in the past for the same treatment. I would have considered it, but the thing that floored me was she wants to charge $25 for numbing cream for a the tattoo treatment that is 1 inch long. $25 for a pea size of Lidocaine. I saw another plastic surgeon who prescribed a whole tube of Lidocaine for me when I had the same treatment in the past. I only had to pay for a $10 co-pay. I was able to use this whole tube for all my treatments. Where Dr. Pelias wants to charge $25 for each drop.

I have had the priveledge of being a patient of Dr. Pelias for an emergency (vascular surgery) as well as a cosmetic procedure. Simply put, she is the BEST. She is caring, able, and has fantastic results. You can tell that the other nurses and Doctors completely respect her. When I asked one of the anesthesia doctors who he would go to, he laughed and said "i already send my family to Marilyn Pelias" That did it for me!
