They don't make doctors like Dr Marilyn Sutton. Such a pleasure to get to have a real discussion, practical recommendations with a doctor who gives 100% of her attention.

I have already highly recommend Dr. Marilyn Sutton and Dr. Ira Sutton as well.

Dr. Sutton has always been responsible with my treatment, and very knowledgeable about my condition. I am usually grateful for being cared by her/him through all these 6 years.

Dr. Marilyn Sutton became my PCP since 2018 after we moved to the area. She is thorough, easy to talk to, and cares about her patients. I went to her for numerous problems ranging from pain, persistent cold symptoms, headache, mood disorder, skin problem, joint problem, severe allergy, personal relation, women's medicine, fitness, diet, etc, and she helped me overcome these ailments each and every time. The staff Lucy has my vote of confidence. One time I urgently needed to schedule an appointment with Dr. Sutton, so I left a VM specifying the time of the day I would be free to call back. Lucy CALLED me and facilitated the scheduling right on the dot as I just left work. I was truly grateful for her going out of her way to ensure that Dr. Sutton's patients receive the timely care we need. During our appointments, Dr. Sutton usually takes detailed triage note and provides basic patient education if she sees fit. My quality of life continues to improve because of Dr. Sutton. Dr. Sutton… and her staff have my unreserved recommendation.

I was a patient for 5 years. Last year, I was very ill and had to go on short-term disability. I went to Sutton with GI issues. It was then discovered that I needed to see additional specialists for more symptoms. When disability requested information on my health issues, she refused to acknowledge that I had seen her for GI issues a few weeks earlier. She told me to have disability contact each doctor even though she was allegedly my primary care and should have been central to coordinating my care. I started to see specialists within the Weill Cornell network. She told me to stop and start seeing Columbia drs only. It made no sense because Columbia and Weill are all part of the NYP network. She double billed me for visits and refused to correct it. She could have sent my records to me via email. She decided to send me paper records @.75 pp. She is rude, condescending and dismissive.

Dr. Marilyn Sutton exceeds all expectations for a licensed healthcare provider. She is empathetic, knowledgeable, resourceful and very giving of her time. I would recommend her to anyone.

2/3 appointments I've had with her have been impromptu. I had been squeezed in. and I am very appreciative. so that being said I would obviously expect there to be a wait, considering I'm a last minute appointment. But it still wasn't even that bad. 30 minute maximum.
