Dr Marimeg Clairwood, MD

I actually give zero stars. I have never been treated so rude at a professional doctor's office in my life. The staff was incredibly condescending and plan out confrontational. Due to uncontrollable traffic I called the office and told them I would be late, the woman on the phone told me to be there within 10mins after my scheduled appointment. I walked up to the front desk 11 min after my scheduled appointment and they refused to see me. I was in shock... But what about what the woman said on the phone?? We are arguing over 60 seconds?? What if I was on time and had to wait for the doctor, that is okay??? The receptionist in an argumentative tone told me to sit down and refused to listen to what the original woman told me on the phone. Then I was told the provider said I would need to wait 2 hours to be seen. Is that how people should be treated?? I think not. I will clearly not be rescheduling. Would you wanted to be treated like this?? I think not. Look elsewhere where you will be… treated with dignity.

Dr. Clairwood is one of the most friendly and warm Dr's I have ever been to. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns, even the ones I knew were silly, gave me many options for treatments that I would feel most comfortable with, never made me feel rushed or like I was just a job. It was as if I was having a conversation with a colleague. I would highly recommend her!

Dr. Clairwood is super patient and attentive to all my concerns. 5 stars!

Best dermatologist I have ever seen. Very smart, friendly, and helpful. I would recommend her before anyone else I know of. Thankful I found her.
