Dr. Marina V Bulatov, MD

Dr. Bulatov is an excellent diagnostician and has excellent bedside manner. I feel she has helped me a great deal and also feel she is invested in my welfare.

DR referred me to hand therapy, hand therapy clinic told me the DR's office needed to get approvals from Insurance or refer me to a place that accepted my Medical group, I contact the DR's office and they got back to me telling me I had to do all that, contact my insurance for approval. Ins. co. never approves anything that doesn't comes directly from Dr's office. They also took longer than usual to submit 2 previous treatment for Insurance approval. The staff that takes cares of the Insurance approval in the Oakland Office lack knowledge on the subject. I had to asked my primary DR. to send me to a different Physical Medici Dr since she didn't worked for me. SAD that a DR loose patients because of their staff.
