BEWARE do not go to this provider The worst, nasty staff and doctor. Does not do right by their patients. They are never in, never answer the phone or return your call. You cannot get refills complete, pharmacy as well said the worst office to deal with. However they have no problem billing you. Very sad that a provider that you depend on for medication that is so important to an individual in order to function do not care enough to respond or help their patients. Do not make the same mistake I did.

I suffer with deep form of depression. Treated by different doctors with zero result. Only Dr Moshkovich was able to recognize the cause of my disease and provide real treatment. I would recommend Dr Moshkovich to everyone. She real helpful, knowledgeable, attentive and pleasant person .

The Doctor insulted my daughter for Speaking proper English. Apparently anyone that speaks fluently is a challenge to her ego and must be shut down and insulted
