Dentist did not come to appointment as scheduled, no notice was given

Dr. Marina is an excellent dentist. She took the time to explain every procedure she was doing. For example, when I got my teeth whitened, Dr. Marina was very supportive, and thorough when explaining the process. She is a professional and has a naturally lovely personality. I would recommend Dr. Marina to everyone. She is the best dentist I have ever had.

Most pompous "doctor" that ever existed. Decent stauff. But seriously, not worth it.

This is the best dentist I ever had! Entire stuff is extremely pleasant and helpful. I had some major work done and this doctor has a golden touch. They made me feel very comfortable from the first visit and I the quality of work is second to none!

The office is very clean and the staff is very friendly, the office was very high tech and I liked that the xrays were digital and showed up onto the computer instantly as they were taken. Dr. Pinkhasova is very professional and told me the treatment plan that was needed for me. I am very nervous when it comes to needles and she made it virtually painless as she has a great way of doing it. I highly recommend this doctor and will be sending my friends and family there as well.

I had a terrific experience in this office. I scheduled as an emergency, filled out the forms and was seen the same day without any wait time. The office is very clean and high tech; likewise, Dr. Marina Pinkhasova and her staff were very professional and friendly. All my questions were answered and I got an extraction without feeling a thing! I will definitely will be coming here from now on and highly recommend her anyone I know.

I have been working in the health care field for a long time, and I can tell a good doctor from bad. This doctor falls in the later category. She is the worst dentist ever hands down. I had an appointment today with this dentist, scheduled for check up and cleaning. After waiting for 40 minutes in the office, I finally did the X-rays. The dentist finally showed up stating that I have to extract my wisdom tooth. I told her that it doesn't bother me, however I would like to get my cleaning and fillin for the other tooth. She insisted that If I don't do my wisdom tooth, she'll not do anything else, not even cleaning, and if she doese cleaning today she'll do a bad job!!!! and I have to reschedule my visit to next month because she is busy. When I got upset and got up to leave, she tried to calm me down by saying that she'll do a good cleaning??. This dentist is very unprofessional, cares about money before patient care, I had to assure her multiple times that I'll pay whatever my… insurance doesn't cover to help her relax a little. Eventually, I couldn't tolerate her and had to leave. She called me at the end of the day to apologize for her behavior and reschedule, however I can't trust her at all, and won't even recommend her to my enemies. Not to mention that she was very harsh during the exam.
