Dr. Marina Raikhel, MD

She is horrible! Wait time is typically an hour and a half. She never has any time to answer your questions. She is running around like a chicken with her head cut off, but she always had time to have long talks with pharmaceutical reps. He staff is rude and the office is dirty and run down. I stopped seeing her.

Dr. Raikhel cares more about her research study patients than she does for appointments for a regular visits she is an ogre with her staff very unprofessional and rude to patients and her staff. Wouldn't recomend to anyone besides she takes her sweet time in her dirty office while she has patients waiting for her for hours!!!!

Ridiculous waiting time!!! A few time waited over two hours with an appointment. Time spent with a patient 5-10 min. When you wait, you can hear her talking to sales people for an hour. Business woman - yes, doctor - looks like that is not a priority in that office. Front Desk - I won't miss you - rude and unprofessional.

Every time I have to see Dr. Raikhel, whom I actually like and trust, I must deal with her office staff. Scheduling an appointment with the doctor herself is not that easy, and sometimes I have to settle for consulting other medical personnel at the office. Waiting time is longer than anywhere else - often exceeds an hour - even with an appointment. The front office staff is uncaring, and Erica , besides being unpleasant, is downright rude.

Each time I went to this place, I waited for an hour even though I had an appointment. The front office staff are incredibly rude, especially one woman named Erica. There was also one nurse/nurse assistant who was very rude. Doctor was o.k. but again everything else was terrible. Worst experience ever.

I was so unimpressed with Dr. Raikhel's office staff while trying to schedule an appointment over the phone, that I immediately called another doctor's office to make an appointment elsewhere. My family left this office years ago because the wait time was extremely long and the staff was very rude. It seems as nothing has improved.

The worst experience ever. This doctor runs pharmaceutical trials with big pharmaceutical companies and this is her priority, She treats patients like dirt, you wait 2-3 hours to see her and she spends like 5 minutes with you. To me she appears as callous, money hungry, businessman. Never go back!

I love Dr. Raikhel herself. Getting to see her is hard.

This doctors visit was the worst experience ever. I did not like the area much and the staff was so rude! They all seemed like they hated their jobs which makes the experience for the patient horrible. I don't recommend this doctors office to anyone that appreciates good quality care and friendly faces and attitudes.

Filthy office. Rude secretaries...slow scheduling..and a prescription happy Dr. who is so busy promoting new tests and medicine (must be on commission) HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!
