  • We are currently in-network with Anthem, Aetna, Carefirst, Cigna, Humana, and United Healthcare PPO and HMO plans, as well as Cigna, Aetna, and United Healthcare Medicare Advantage plans and Medicare DC. We are a non-network Tricare Certified Provider and accept Tricare Select but not Tricare Prime. We are in the process of credentialing with Multiplanand Railroad and will update the website as we become in-network. We do not take any Medicaid or community based plans. For HMO plans, please make sure you have an active referral from your primary care provider. We can also offer affordable self-pay prices for those who are out-of-network or are self-insured.
