Dr. Marina Vidovic, MD

The doctor has terrible "bedside manner". Not that I need my hand held but some humanity every once in a while wouldn't hurt. As it turns out I was right. Given my family history and the frightening prognosis I got from her. I though it would be prudent to get a CT scan to look further especially given the fact that I'm in my 40s now. She said "no need". I insisted. She pretty much dismissed my concerns. As soon as she left advocate. I reached out to my new doctor and he immediately agreed to have go through the scan. Lo and behold my suspicions were correct. Doctors should try listening to their patients. Just because we're not MDs. It doesn't mean we don't know our bodies or are idiots.

I have been seeing Dr Vidovic for more than 10 years. She is an excellent Doctor she follow up with your bloodwork, calls back, she cares about your health issue. Wishing her the best of luck in her Retirement. Hate to see you go. Good luck Dr. Vidovic. Thank you for all you have done for me.

In hindsight, it was partially my fault for going to an internal doctor for my panic attack issue but I was in a crisis and took the first appointment I could get. This was my second time with Vidovic and she was just as rude and condescending as the first time (for a different issue). Zero compassion or patience for me. I wondered if she even cared at all. She constantly interrupted me when I talked and I did not feel heard at all. When I asked for a referral, she said no and told me "not to roll my eyes". (I wasn't rolling my eyes, I was just extremely frustrated) It wasn't until I burst into tears did she really listen and it's sad that it has to go to those lengths for her to listen to a patient. She wrote me a script for Zoloft I presume to get me to go away. Unfortunately, the Zoloft made my panic attacks way worse. Vomiting, shaking, insomnia, terrible stomach pain. I went to another doctor a few days later and put me on the proper meds. Dr. Vidovic has no business being a… doctor. Time to retire and let some young blood who actually care do the job right.

Simply put. This doctors does not care. Its all about $$

I gone to Dr. Vidovic for 15 years and have lost total confidence in her. I really think that it's time for her to retire. I'm changing doctors.

I finally found a Dr that I can trust. Dr. Vidovic is very caring and tells you like it is, but in her own sweet way. She treats you like a human being and listens to you when you speak, and hears what you are actually saying. It is good to have a Dr that will not just come in look at you and leave within 5 minutes.

At my last appointment with Dr. Vidovic I waited 45 minutes to be seen by the Dr. I needed a routine physical exam for my job and I had two issues that I wanted to speak with her about. We spoke about the first issue for about 5-10 minutes and when I brought up the second issue the Dr. asked if this could wait until our next appt. I asked if a follow-up appt. was necessary and she explained that the issue I raised would require us to talk some more and there were 4 patients waiting after me. I pressed about my issue since I really wanted a referral to a specialist and the Dr. eventually gave me one after first telling me incorrectly and patronizingly (referring to me as 'honey') that she had never referred me to a specialist for this concern before. I was very disappointed at the lack of respect that the Dr. showed for my concerns and for my time by brushing off my second concern. I will be switching Dr's (hopefully to a PPO) the first chance I get.
