Very professional and caring doctor

The Dr was very knowledgeable. She was able to diagnose something that another doctor wasn’t able to. The staff was very nice and friendly and was able to get me in immediately. The wait was long, but it was worth it . I would definitely recommend this doctor.

Dr z saw me in an emergency situation. I waited over 2 hours and it was worth it. She gave me all her attention and explained everything to me clearly and solved my problem. The office staff was extremely helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend

Horrible customer service they, never pick up the phone, You should leave a message only. They Called me back in the five days. Was waiting three hours to see a doctor. Not recommend this place.

Marina Zabezhanskaya dermatology office Try to avoid such unhelpful medical professional. Minimum wait time 2-3 hours NO RESPECT OF PATIENT. Surprised that this is registered doctor, as the professionalism and respect for patient confidentiality is lacking to say the least. An Excessive wait time, 2 plus hours followed by unknowledgeable doctor who spent 3 minutes with the patient. rude unprofessional staff it can happen only in Brooklyn with elderly handicapped parents like my mom

I’ve been a patient of dr. Zabezhanskaya for the past 18 years. She’s a good and professional doctor. Now I won’t go to see her anymore because of her new manager Marina who’s can’t talk a normal way with a patient, rude, incompetent, never calls back. And today after I was waiting for 4 days to see the doctor, she told me “if u don’t like something here look for another doctor! “ I don’t want to depend of somebody’s mood to see my doctor on time I really need a help!

Recently I received a bill from this doctor from services performed over 3 years ago, stating past due. I was told to speak to Marina the office manager/biller. when I asked to get more information such as if/when they sent me a bill originally she was extremely aggressive and mentioned that she would send me to collections if I don’t pay. She would NOT provide me with her full name or an email address for me to follow up with her in order to get more information. When I called to get information on this 3+ year old bill she accused me of harassment and hung up the phone. Marina, if you do not provide an email address, how do you expect me to follow up? Since I noticed that this office is trouble, I just surrendered and paid. After making payment I asked the secretary for the office email address to have for record, at which point Marina the office manager/biller stopped the secretary from giving it to me and said that she is “going to call my job and get me fired", which is not a… professional response to a patient asking for your email address, just plain crazy, and is a HIPAA violation. I had every conversation with them included this one recorded. I am very concerned about how many patients went through this issue with this office, and how many patients had their HIPAA right violated by this office.

Great doctor , Spends time with her patients and listens carefully , treatments are always accurate and pleasant... staff are very kind and professional , very helpful... Dr. Zabezhanskaya is very knowledgeable and caring.

She does not hear the patient,she does not care about patient,she cares only about money.She is not polite,she rude.Does not provide a quality treatment.

I had the terrible experience @ dr. Zabezhanskaya';s office. I made an appointment with Dr. Zabezhanskaya 3 weeks ago for 9:45 am. when I came in @ 9:30, there were 6 patiens in the waiting room. The front desk person told me that there is no such think as appointment , "first come-first seen" by the Dr. So, why should people make an appointment?! The doctor showed up @ 10.25. Finally, after waiting almost an hour the PA-or the nurse ( blond woman)- told me , that they(!) DO NOT NEED the patiens like me, who asked why nobody keeps the appointment 's time.. Practically she showed me the door out. So, if the doctor has the employee like this woman, let her has the patiens like she. I did have have chance to see the doctor, but I know for sure, that I will never want to visit that office again and I will tell my friends about this not pleasant experience. Alla Gerich
