Dr Chenal was very helpful. He made sure I understood exactly what was happening and what he was doing throughout the entire appointment.

He's always very communicative. Very patient in explaining and asking questions about my health.

Cancer affects not just the patient but that patient's family. Dr. Chenal didn't listen well to our concerns about our mother whose mind was affected because of brain cancer. We had to change doctors at the end of her life, which was her choice as well as ours. Very poor care, arrogant, unprepared when he came to see patient always had to read patient chart for ten minutes while he shhh the family with his finger or told us quite! Find a different doctor, if I had continued with him I would have ended up in court with a cancelled disability claim and simply because he did not listen to caregivers, and the patient herself.

Does not listen. Rude. No bedside manner. Arrogant Hard to understand due to language accent. Shows no concern in your medical issue. Very unfriendly.

Dr. Chenal seems to be a very bright and well mannered individual, yet somewhat reserved. He may not be well informed on state secrets, ways and means and should probably have a networking with the veterinarian community as well as naturopathic medicine; I am unaware that he does. Stated to me that he was born in Columbia; he has a very good command of the English language and is most probably very fluent in Spanish. Somewhere along the line I have come to know that he has done some study and has written a paper on the infectious ring worm fungus contagion, which if true, should be mentioned and possibly board certified.
