Dr. Mario Fernando Guillen, MD

This doctor should be investigated by the Department of Health and the American Medical Association. He does not answer questions for the patient thorougly and it takes 2 hours waiting time, for him to come see a patient that is in critical condition. He also endangers the patient's life by ordering prescription medication that the patient cannot take and that is against the protocol of what the specialists ordered to treat the patient with. This doctor also did not listen to family's repeated requests to verify the prescriptions that the patient already was taken, in order to help recover the patient quickly. This doctor spoke very negatively and apathetically to family members, without listening to all the doctors who were involved in the care and treatment of the patient. Dr. Guillen should be investigated for neglect of caring for patients appropriately.
