His follow up is terrible. I was waiting for test results an lab results for my health. Lab was finished in 24 hours. I waited a week. Called everyday, Emailed multiple times an I still have yet to receive a response. Very unethical as a doctor to completely ignore a patient an with hold important results as if they are not important.

It is good for Khmer system.

Overall good first visit.

Dr Seyer is a wonderful doctor who listens and responds to my needs. I never have to wait long to schedule an appointment. The staff at OCFP is very friendly. I recommend this practice to everybody!

He's a likeable guy. But. He sends you to the wrong specialist.which waste a lot of precious time and money. He has gotten lazy with diagnosing. His nurse does not call you to give you your lab results. You always have to call them. The billing dept can not figure out how to Bill medicare. Other then that if you just have common cold he's your guy.

I feel this clinic is a terrible clinic for the elderly. They fail to refer patients to specialists that are needed. This clinic does not go above and beyond for their patients. The elderly need doctors to be able to put in extra TLC and this clinic does not do that for their patients! It's very sad how careless this clinic is on diagnosing and treating of patients.

I had been going to another physician in another facility with ongoing sinus infections. I had decided to go to another physician, and was referred to Dr. Seyer by a friend. My first appointment with Dr. Seyer; he looked at my records and said the sinus infections happen WAY too often, and referred me to an ENT specialist. A CT scan was ordered, it was determined that I had polyps in my sinus cavity and had surgery. Dr. Seyer always takes time to talk to me, to see if/what my needs or problems are.

Dr. Mario J. Seyer may not be the best in his class, but he is very educated and good at what he does, and he will work with you to get you the care you need. I do respect him for his integrity over all his associates.
