Dr. Mario Sznol, MD

I always accompany my husband who has been treated by Dr. Sznol for the past 2 years. Dr Sznol has always been open and honest while sensitive when discussing a very serious diagnosis. His expertise in his field is unsurpassed and we feel very fortunate to have him as a physician. His manner is professional as well as compassionate and caring. If, due to unexpected emergency with another patient, he has been delayed in meeting us in clinic someone always informs us and he has also apologized. Thanks to him my husband, who has had 2 major surgeries and extended immunotherapy is doing well and is fully knowledgeable about his diagnosis and prognosis. We respect Dr. Sznol and appreciate his caring and honest manner.

Dr. Sznol was late for my appointment every time I was at the hospital, and I felt he was rushing through my appointment, waiting to get to the next patient. I did not feel consistently that my appointment and time scheduled to be treated by him was a priority. This was a very serious, sad time in my life (multiple rounds of various treatments, including clinical trials), and I wanted to be cared for by a doctor who was honest, open, and sensitive to my needs and my family's. Dr. Sznol did not make that happen. I would not recommend him to any acquaintance.
