i found her to be condescending and very dismissive. i did not improve under her care. in fact i experienced sudden kidney failure and was hospitalized, but she was not interested in discussing that at all. overall, i found her arrogance too much to tolerate on top of my GI issues.

my last office visit with dr protano was disappointing. i felt rushed through my exam i didn't get a chance to ask questions. i left the office feeling unsure of her diagnosis and treatment plan. very dissatisfied may not go back again.

i have been a patient of doctor protano for about 2 years she is very detailed in her diagnosis explanations and she is not hesitant in suggesting different tests to verify her diagnosis when needed.
