After waiting for 65 minutes for my appointment, I decided to leave the office. Very inconsiderate. I approached several times the receptionist, who contacted her and STILL HAD to wait for over an hour. I don't know if she is good as a doctor, but if you don't want to waist time, she is not the one.

Wonderful experience. My pregnancy was complicated and she took her time to educate me. She is kind, intelligent and experienced. I felt like I was in great hands and I was. Surgery went excellent and the care and attention to my anxieties and fears were acknowledged.

Dr. Charles Is The Most Helpful & loving doctor I know , She Makes sure you understand what’s going on , stay on top of things and more importantly she made me very comfortable throughout my pregnancy ??

Dr. St. Charles has been great through my care. She is compassionate and while in have been going through a difficulty time during pregnancy she’s has offered her deepest sincerity. Her staff is amazing as well. They knew me and checked me in without me even having to say anything. They well aware and adequate in the patient care department. I feel confident and safe with them. I came from another office that was not so accommodating and finding her and being under her care and getting to know he staff has been a pleasure. I am about 6 months into my pregnancy and I feel she has been thorough with all aspects of concern.

She’s a part of a practice so I had to see her. She gave me an exam late into my pregnancy. I complained she was rough and it hurt, she responded “labor is worse.” I was in pain through the next day. To the point I had to go to the hospital where I heard from nurse that she tried to jump start labor. All while her nurse was fielding calls from a woman in labor that she didn’t answer but responded in conversation, “she’s a c section anyway, whether she knows it or not.” She did not see this mother yet and made that determination. I don’t know her bedside manner, but from what I experienced NO THANK YOU.

Very professional and caring explains things to a tee, Very happy that she took great care of me at Lawrence Presbyterian Hospital on Bronxville, I would refer her highly.

I saw Dr.St Charles for the first time at the New Rochelle office. The front desk person I dealt with was very nice and accommodating. The wait on the other hand was a different story( it could have been just a very busy time of day for them or it could be that their other location was under renovation and all the patients had to come to this location) but my appointment was at 1:45pm and I wasn't seen until after 3pm. Once in the exam room, the nurse was pleasant and nice. After asking some questions, the Doctor came in and we discussed the issue I was having. She was nice and explained herself well. All in all the visit was good but the wait time was just a bit much.
