Very Cold. Hard to feel comfortable during my visit

Awful bedside manners...rude and insensitive

If you want a doctor who talks down on her patients as if they're stupid and know nothing, she's the perfect doctor for you.

As a doctor she really listens to you. You don't feel rushed and she is a doctor you can trust. Dr Luna follows up and is also always available via email. She is the best dr I have ever found

Dr. Luna-Pizano is a caring doctor who always leaves me knowing that after seeing her for a problem I am having and a test comes back negitive she always knows what to do next. She is NOT one of those doctors that leaves you hanging and WONDERING what to do next. I appreciate her caring and excellence in the medical field. My last doctor was transfered and I was assigned to Dr. Luna-Pizano...I am so glad they chose her to be my doctor.

I just saw Dr. Pizano for the first time today. I was not very hopeful, as most doctors I have had in the past have been very intimidating and barely take the time to see me or answer my questions. The only negative aspects of this rating is due to the laboratory of this facility, and not the doctor herself. I started to get irritated as I had to wait in the room for 25 minutes after my appointed time. However, once I met Dr. Pizano, I completely understood why. She immediately made me feel comfortable and approached me in a non-condescending, and friendly manner. After speaking to her for only a minute I had complete trust in her. She took the time to take my medical history and did a full comprehensive exam. She also was persistent in asking my many questions. I thought she would be annoyed by all my questions, but instead, she answered each one completely. I am planning on going into medicine, but after working/volunteering in the hospital I had seen that many professionals had… forgotten that their primary purpose is patient care. Many of them are rude and treat patients as objects rather than people. Dr. Pizano has completely restored my desire to get into medicine, and truly puts the patients' needs first. She is the kindest physician I have met so far.
