Marissa was completely amazing. She listened to my situation. Had complete empathy and understanding. And she also did a follow up. If I can absolutely make my appointments with her if my doctor wasn't available, she is my first choice. She treats you like a human being and cares. Now, my only complaint is if I need to make a call back to get in touch with her. That's the only thing that is hard.

Not a very good doctor at all no bad side manner. She diagnosed me with scabies instead of hives have turned out to be hives not scabies I want my health record changed to the proper diagnosis. She's very flip about one's health issues.

She had told me that someone from the doc's office will call to schedule an appointment after the call. never happened. apparently she dropped the ball. Very irresponsible.

My telecommunications appointment was very useful and easy. The wonderful nurse practitioner educated me from the start. thank you
