Summary
*CURRENTLY ACCEPTING CLIENTS*
I work with young adults who feel overwhelmed, overworked, alone, and anxious as they go through challenging transitions at work or may be going through emotions, stress and disconnection from themselves, family, friends, and intimate partners. I support my clients in identifying and attaining their full potential. In my work, I help my clients identify the issue, process what is going on, build on resources to slow down their mind & body, and transform relationships and routines to improve your daily life and how you feel within it. As your therapist, I aim for you to leave sessions feeling empowered, connected, and confident.
I received my Bachelors in Science at the University of Maryland, College Park in Family Science with a minor in Human Development. I then went on to purse my masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling where I received honors in my cohort and completed the necessary training, coursework and testing. I have advanced …training in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP). I integrate skills from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as well as mindfulness and somatic interventions. I am passionate about holistic wellness which means we discuss all different types of wellness and how it affects your mental health.

Ensuring Data Transparency and Trust: A Guide to Vitals Doctor Listings and Reviews
Our provider data is gathered directly from physicians and publicly available databases. Providers who verify their profiles gain the ability to update information, offering additional details about their specialties, education, treated conditions, performed procedures, and accepted insurances.
Reviews on Vitals are submitted by users only. Recognizing the valuable insights these reviews offer into a doctor's reputation, we maintain internal policies and protocols to ensure the quality and accuracy of all reviews. Importantly, providers cannot delete or alter reviews independently. Reviews can only be deleted or changed following an internal assessment by our customer service team.
Your feedback is highly valued and we encourage you to contact our support team should you encounter any issues.
