Ms Pilapil was very nice however the whole office is sub standard. Few weeks ago I took my very handicapped son for an appointment and after waiting 90 minutes I was told the technician was not coming and had to reschedule. Do you know how hard is to bring a wheelchair bound person anywhere ? I am not a spring chicken and at my age of 85 is super difficult. Also I had made an appointment with dr Yu. Why was I switched to Pilapil without my approval in view that my test at DR showed some problems. In addition my primary doctor was not given a copy of of the DR results after having requested several times to forward to her.
