Showed up for appointment on time at 3:30pm. Sat in the waiting room untill 6pm when I was brought back to another room to set and waite another 1 1/2 hours before anyone came in to see me. So my appointment time was 3:30pm and I was not seen untill 7pm. Never again. So feed up with this place. And I still have a hour and half drive to get home.

I have only seen Dr Klin 2 times for procedures and twice in his office. The wait is horrible! HYoh never know when .or if he will show. However the bright spot is his awesome office staff and the P.A. Linda Drunkard. She is fast and thorough.

I have been seeing Dr Klin for over 10 years now and cannot recommend a better Dr.Klin, very knowledgeable in his care but very busy and have a extended wait time to see him.Service by girls at desk leaves a lot of disappointment except office manager is extremely nice and knowledgeable.

I went to see Dr Klin, due to having GI problems. My stomach was burning for months. I was back and forth from the ER without answers. After seeing Dr Klin I am so much better. Thanks for listening !

He didn’t know who I was or my medical condition the day of my procedure. He keeps trying to get me to return and do the same procedure. If he can’t fix the problem the first 3 times, why would I let him do it again?

Will never recommend this doctor to anyone. He’s a no show to patients. A whole room filled up while we were there. We got there at 12:30. Only to be told over hour 1/2 later that he wouldn’t be in the office. Even when we were the 1st person to be called. They were going to try to sneak us in with the nurse practitioner. We drove 2 hours to see a specialist and didn’t get to see him and now driving 2 hours back. If we wanted to see the nurse practitioner we would have made an appointment for that. But didn’t. Not pleased at all!!

Klin is arrogant and condescending at the same time. Tried to steal me from my regular GI doctor, when he saw me in the hospital! He tried to tell me how much BETTER he was than my doctor, and that he could do SO MUCH MORE than my doctor. That's crap. Then he tried to force me to get a procedure that I did NOT need. I wouldn't go to him, if he were the last GI doctor in Bay County.

Dr. Klin and his medical staff are thoughtful, courteous and professional. Dr. Klin is the hardest working, most through Doctor I have ever had take care of me and my specific problems. He is in very high demand, and he works selflessly to take care of anyone who comes to him for help! Thank God for Dr. Klin the man is a Saint! He worked miracles for me!
