On 12 18 2018, I had dental appt. I can’t believe how the young guy receptionist was treated. She threw papers asking y these papers here by coffee table. The pen fell on floor. She expected him to fetch it like a dog. I said if u dare pick up that pen. I then argued with her saying y is it that every time I come here you yelling and catching tantrums at your staff. That’s someone son . But what do u expect if she wasn’t blessed by the womb. Never conceived a child which makes her a very bitter woman. I had 230 appt. only 1 person was there for a 3 o’clock appt. she took her first saying my card keep declining. I asked y did you wait an hour after I got here to start checking my card. I then waited till 5 pm when I heard her slamming papers and talking to the kid receptionist like slavery days. I said you can’t talk to him like that. My card went through after using a different code. She is very nasty and unprofessional. She jacked up my front tooth bond. … What a rough job years ago. She told me it would smooth out. The bond remained cracked in 3 places. I will never go back there and plz change your dentist like I did yesterday. It is Xmas and a woman who’s womb wasn’t blessed and has no husband is a bitter woman. That kid remind me of my innocent daughter. Lord knows if she was treated this way by a boss I would be in court suing. I plan to sue her for taking big insurance money from my dental card and doing a hurry rough job. One day she used the bathroom and put on gloves. Her fingers smelled like highly stink you know what. As a dentist you should wash hands but some women no matter how much you wash hands the odor so bad it lingers. Practice hygiene before maltreating your patient. I am currently reporting her. Plz when u go there which I hope you don’t, Keep an eye n eat to how she tirchure the staff. Every visit she has a new staff. They all quit due to maltreatment. My sister a cop and we are currently trying to shut her down. A very bitter woman out for money but do a very hurry sloppy job. She is always nervous!!! I asked where is the Man U hired to help? She answered he was a psychopath. Ok and what are you. A barren who maltreat your staff due to misery. That’s a psychopath in my book. A very miserable one. Plz report her. That kid look 19. Someone’s son. She knew I have bladder cancer but she took person before me who had a later appt. unprofessional. The guy saw I was sitting there sick. I was bleeding in my diaper from my illness. I was so weak. He came sat baside me to console me. She rushed to him. Y are you out here . Don’t u have phones to answer? I said he is consoling me cause u kno I’m sick n took someone else before me. She said , well he is supposed to be answering phones not out in waiting area. I then went off on her. Listen Majorie this is not boot camp and you are not a warden. No wonder all your staff leave. The kid just trying to work to make decent money and not sell drugs or do illegal work. Give him a break. She lucky that’s not my child. But his parents unaware so I stepped in to put her in her place. Slavery days been over with. I will send message to all news stations today. All channels to shut her down. A dentist never supposed to treat you tat way. Very unprofessional. I knew her fit 20 years and been monitoring the way she treat staff but yesterday I couldn’t bare to see it . This kid is too you for this bad treatment. The look on his face spelled fear and hurt. Plz report report report!!!!

My family and I have been patients of Dr.Mcdonald and we couldn’t have asked for a better dentist! She’s extremely gentle and knows how to treat her patients! I would recommend her to anyone who’s seeking a gentle and amazing dentist!

I came here as a walk-in with no insurance. They saw me immediately on a Saturday, and were soooo nice. I didn't get any lectures, they were patient with me through my tears, and made me laugh. The best part was the doctor she was great!!!!

I visited this “business” with someone else. The actual patient waited an extreme amount of time. No update from the doctor. Then was told the so-called doctor wasn’t seeing anymore patients and had to reschedule. Only to find out the insurance was still billed as if she performed a service. This woman is a thief. If you’re smart, don’t come here

My implant fell out I was able to get it replaced as a walk in within an hour. Grateful for Dr. McDonald.

After a night of unbearable pain, I was able to go in for an appointment the next morning. Ms Sharone is such a sweet and helpful person. My nervousness was getting the better of me but she reassured me that Ms McDonald would be able to help me. Ms McDonald explained to me what needed to be done and was very gentle, which was very important to me. With her years of dentistry, I felt very comfortable and at ease. My pain was gone and I'm resting comfortably at home. So happy I decided to come here.
