Dr Rico was thorough in explaining options for my 90 year old mother who needed a mass removed from her eyelid. One of the options was a Mohs procedure which would of required her eye to be sown shut. Dr rico was very understanding of the fact that this was my mother's only visual eye and that the procedure was not a good option for her. Due to her age we opted for removal of part of the eyelid knowing it wouldn't be a complete excision of the cancer cells. 6 months later and the eye lid healed fine and there is no additional growth of the cancer. My mother was very pleased with the outcome and so was I. I definitely recommend dr Rico. She did an excellent job.

Dr. Rico lacked bedside manner. The procedure she performed not only was incomplete, but resulted in permanent damages to the injury. Dr. Rico surgical procedure left me both physically and emotionally scared for ever. I don' t recommend Dr. Rico based on my personal experience with this Dr.
