Dr. Ross figured out the very unusual cause of severe neuropathy that I had. The solution was easy, I had a vitamin toxicity so I stopped the vitamin and within about a month I was free of pain, burning and other unpleasant symptoms. I am now able to work as I had before the neuropathy and I work on my feet all day! She is amazing. She is also very open to alternatives. She took my symptoms seriously and treated me like an intelligent person. She explained everything in great detail and she is a warm, compassionate person. I would not hesitate to recommend her.

Doctor's staff and practice manager were unprofessional and rude. Both the initial visit and first appt were cancelled and rescheduled . When staff called for my 2nd visit, I told them Dr Ross spoke to me about a 12 week schedule, and the practice manager communicated to me that it didn't matter if Dr Ross told me 12 weeks or that my previous 7 yrs with a boston doctor was a 10 week schedule, and that they weren't going to do anything different because that's how the practice worked, and that Dr Ross was aware of what they were telling me. I asked for Dr Ross to call me back and she did not.

I've suffered from debilitating cervical and back pain for many years. My range of motion was nonexistent. Dr. Ross suggested treating my muscle spacticity with botox. I was aghast! Too dangerous! She gave me lots of data and research, in addition to my own due diligence, and I was able to discover that this modality had been used for over 30 years for children with cerebral palsy. Once I was comfortable with the treatment, she eased me into the plan. And it WORKS! It allows me to feel like a real human again! My range of motion expands, and my outlook on my medical situation expands in a positive direction.
