I sought out Dr. Somers because of her excellent reputation but she far exceeded even what I had heard about her. I had been to another psychiatrist who put me on a medication that caused horrible side effects. Dr. Somers accurately diagnosed my problem and made the transition to a new medication very eary. She is extremely compassionate and caring and followed up with me multiple times to make sure I was doing well.

Dr Somers helped me greatly. She is kind, warm, and truly cares about her patients. She spends time with you, like an "old fashioned" doctor even though she is young and on top of the latest treatments. I can't thank you enough Dr. S for ALL that you've done for me!!!!!!!
