Dr. Yong has been one of the most impactful physicians I have ever had. I came to her with long-standing chronic pain and fatigue that had affected my quality of life for years. She took the time to do an incredibly thorough history and truly listen. Her special training led her to identify a diagnosis that had been completely missed for over 35 years. Because of her insight, I am finally receiving appropriate treatment for something I had unknowingly been living with most of my life. In addition to that, I have complex medical and orthopedic issues, and Dr. Yong has been an essential guide in helping me navigate all of it. Her strong connections with specialists and thoughtful referrals have made a huge difference in the level of care I’ve been able to access. Dr Yong and her staff are AMAZING! I have been a patient for over 12 months and cannot say enough good things about the care that I have received. Dr. Yong is an absolutely incredible doctor. It is so rare to find such a thorough physician. Marjorie takes her time, truly listens and cares to treat the whole person in a long-term sustainable fashion. I've been with her for over a year now specifically to resolve chronic obesity that I have struggled with most of my adult life. It has been a life changing experience. On top of working on my weight she has become my GP and either treats or refers me out for any health issues that arise. From Poison Oak to Inner ear issues, she will guide you through it all. She is extremely pro-active with whole health management and dedicated to making sure her patients lead long healthy lives feeling the best they possibly can. I searched for years and visited multiple doctors before I found her. If you are looking for a doctor that will take your health seriously and will work with you long term, she's your gal! I was pleasantly surprised that her office had moved from a medical building… into a private residential home across the street. The parking is easy, and I feel so much more comfortable in this home like setting. The house doubles as a sleep research center in the evenings, so don't be surprised by the cameras and some of the equipment. It is used to monitor overnight patients during sleep studies. I love the girls who run her office!! They are integral to her successful practice. I have come to know and adore them over the last year. Booking appointments, prescriptions, referrals are always a smooth easy process. Most of their communication is done by email, which I love and prefer. They are professional and kind, running a quiet, peaceful office. With Marjorie's treatment and care I have seen remarkable success with weight loss. It has been done in a steady maintainable fashion all while regularly monitoring my blood work, bone and muscle mass, and blood pressure. It's never just about dropping pounds but about getting me to the healthiest version of myself. Thank you, Dr. Yong and Staff! Dr. Yong has changed my life. After suffering from extreme fatigue and unexplained physical symptoms for years, I participated in a sleep study as per Dr. Yong's recommendation. It was explained that I was experiencing a lack of oxygen to the brain, of which can lead to a variety of problems throughout life if it goes untreated. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea, and have been using a CPAP machine ever since. I don't experience any symptoms, and can now be present and active in my life again. I no longer feel like I am going to pass out from the moment I wake up in the morning. Dr. Yong has fixed my entire outlook on life. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and narcolepsy, and she took the time and care to help me find alternative solutions like a CPAP, rather than deal with heavy medication. That's the biggest thing for me, she really cares and helped run quarterback with other UCLA specialists, which led me to a pinched nerve in my neck. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea around 2017. But before the diagnosis of sleep apnea, I was previously diagnosed with hypertension and diabetes, including my struggle with my weight. I have tried all kinds of diets but have not succeeded. I have been looking for a doctor for a long time who can give me a holistic approach to my problems. My niece told me about Dr. Yong. I was initially hesitant because I thought it might be the same as the other doctors who looked at me. But I was wrong. She took time to get to know me and explained her plan and what should be done to ensure my well-being. He recommended that I undergo a sleep study to find out what type of sleep apnea I have and to give me a suitable machine. Since I was given the appropriate device with the correct settings for my sleep apnea, my sleep has improved, and when I wake up, I feel more energized. For now, I go to Dr. Yong every week; she continues to help me check my diet to meet my weight loss goals. Thanks to Dr. Yong.

Doctor Yong is not only brilliant, detail oriented and focused on care she is also extremely empathic and kind.
