sure is funny reading all the poor reviews for this office and I can add to the negativity. adams seems like a nice person. his staff is rude , lazy and incompetent. they show zero effort and zero care. I dont care how good of a dr he may be, his staff is pathetic and therefore the chain is only as strong as its weakest link. based on the several months of time wasted and how poorly his staff treated me, Id think he would caught on by now. Im guessing he truly doesn't care. if he did he would respond ort react to just a few of these reviews. I sure would like to discuss with mr adams my experience but when his office threatened to call 911 on me when I pointed out the incompetence to them in their office yesterday, I'm certain they will do all they can to screen. I am truly in disbelief as to how they treat ppl.. if you want to waste time, money and feel pain longer than you should, this is the place for you!

Dr. Adams seemed to care back in June. Now it's November and I do not have any resolution. I need surgery, but apparently he is too busy to see me again till January. I am disappointed to say the least. Both my PCP and Pain Management doctor sang his praises, which is why I switched doctors. His front desk staff lacks compassion and does not actually do what they say they will. His PA Evan also seems to care. However after imaging of my entire spine, I cannot talk to him for 3 weeks. So if you are not really in pain and do not have numbness or mobility issues. Sure take a chance.

Dr Adams was really nice and explained the surgery I need he never made me feel like he was to busy to take time with me his PA and the staff were all kind and friendly I left feeling I was in good hands.

I Had Cervical Surgery Last Year With Dr. Adams, He Is very caring and explained everything to me. The day of the Surgery I was so nervous but he really made me feel safe and comfortable. I read some of the reviews and I know people have so many different opinions about him but that is to be expected. People a lot of times like to think they are the only person in pain or the only one the Dr. treats. the reason you have to wait so long is because he is good at what he does, if you can get into any surgeon quickly and have surgery they must not be as highly sought out. And these Dr. are on call and do have emergencies that's why they have other professionals in their office to see you. Just a thought. I had an awesome experience and so have so many people I know personally .

I saw dr after having lumbar surgery by another. Because the surgery didnt help a specific area in lumbar and needed another opinion..he was reccomended. He ordered multiple serious tests..concultion was your previous lumbar surgery was.a failure. Ordered epidurals of which was no help. Return visit he recommended a pain implant devise..that's it. I am in chronic pain 24/7 . Read on the device..on Mayo site..no thanks. And he basicly said hes done with me...terribly dissappointed..now taking narco which only calms pain a bit. Feel very scared having to live with this chronic pain constantly. Sincerely Hope's dr m Adam's reads this as I'm near tears all day.

I had Doctor Adams do my back surgery in 2017 and had a repeat injury in 2018. After a month wait, I was able to see Judy and she said I had drop foot and couldn't wait very long for surgery. After promising me a return phone call in a few days, I waited one month exactly for any word from them. Then scheduling said it would be 3 months, which Judy said wasn't an option??? Finally I called Beaumont in Royal Oak and got in within a week and scheduled the surgery that day with Dr.Khalil. He was very professional and caring and was truly concerned about my nerve damage if I waited too much longer. I I had surgery within 2 weeks of my appointment and am overwhelmed with the care I was given. My advise is make the drive to Royal Oak, you're health is more than worth it.

Haven’t even been able to see the. Dr Adam yet. My husband has been suffering with pain. His second appoint with nurse practinoer Judy. I have never dealt with some one in the medical field so rude.

The first time I visited his practice I did wait quite a while although I had a late afternoon appointment. I was not impressed by his bedside manner at first but my second visit with him was completely different so I assumed he was having a very busy or bad day ( as we all do). I've had 2 major surgeries performed by Dr. Adams both done extremely well with minimum scarring. I am having my 3rd one, this time on my cervical spine and not my lumbar and there is no one that I trust more than him to do it. He is hands down the best neurosurgeon in Michigan. I've met several people who have been or are patients of his all agree he is the best. Bedside manner is the least of my worries when it comes to spine surgery. What matters to me is his ability and experience to perform proceedures with skill and competency.His staff are friendly and helpful and his Physician Assistant and Nurse Practicioner are both very friendly and well educated with the utmost ability to identify and understand… problems and concerns that I may have. Thanks you all at Michigan Spine and Brain institute for making me feel comfortable and secure knowing my spine is in good hands. See you soon for the next surgery!!

He is the kindest physician in the Saginaw area

The battery wasn't put in right and I have a big lump on my hip. It was suppose to be put in in such a way as not to show from the out side. Sent me home with horrible chest pain just to find out later it would have be exceedingly simple to release the gas bubble from the anesthetic and save me 3 miserable days.
