I have been with Doc for many years now, in '08 I was injected with staph bacteria into my back, the doctor that did it did not want me, so I went to Doc. he saw right away what was wrong, and got me in the back quickly, my bp at this time was not readable. No bp, if it had not been for him I would not be here, I went through a long bout with mrsa, and still have a lot of problems, Dr. Akerson has been my medical rock for me to stand on.would recommend him to anyone. I realize that not everyone has the sames wants or needs, but for me, Dr Akerson takes very good care of me and my hubby.

I have a lot of health issues, have lived many places and seen MANY physicians. This office itself, and Dr. Mark Akerson are the most kind, patient staff I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. My recent small town experience was hectic, never knowing when I would get in or out, I always felt like I was annoying, because I usually had more than one thing to focus on per visit. Unfortunately most places nowadays are overwhelmed and overbooked. I have never had a Doctor or his nurses make me feel more comfortable, and they seem very genuine. Thanks to all who work there.

Office staff are rude. Large turnover. No followup and takes forever to get a referral. When the appointment does come, the doctor doesn't have the necessary documents from PFCA office to conduct exam, and it wastes time of specialist and patient.
