They were at first unable to locate my file. (Brand new employee, zero office support for her while EVERYONE was on vacation...) They then canceled my appointment without telling me... creating an additional 17 day period of me being in pain with a broken tooth. The support staff was CLUELESS. Literally unable to pull up my account at all. The office manager was rude, smug and dismissive. Basically, we're so busy that we don't need your business. Zero apologies. Zero accountability. I NEVER leave bad reviews. I think this is my second harsh review left anywhere. But I'll be talking about this from my personal and my business pages on social media. And I'll be leaving this review every single place I can find to leave it. BEYOND TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THESE YAHOOS.

VERY ROUGH.DOES NOT RESPECT YOUR WISHES WHEN YOU ASK THEM TO STOP.. THEY LIED AND WAS VERY RUDE.I had a infected tooth and was told by my regular dentist that i could go to Dr.Allen and he would put me to sleep and pull my tooth because its impossible to numb a tooth if its infected. BEFORE anything happened i asked nurse if he could numb it and she said oh yeah no problem at all IT WAS A BIG LIE. he did not put me to sleep he gave me like 8 shots in my mouth waited 10 mins and came back i told him yes my mouth was numb but if i put pressure on the tooth it still caused shooting pains. HE DID NOT LISTEN..My mouth was locked closed due to infection ( I couldn't open it enough to fit toothbrush in my mouth) he pried my mouth open and shoved a mouth guard in to hold mouth open i IMMEDIATELY told him to stop i cant do this to quit HE DID NOT LISTEN gave me ANOTHER shot in the actually nerve of the tooth. and started yanking it I YELLED i can fill it quit HE DID NOT. the pain was so bad i… was holding my breath the only time i would breath was to take a deep breath and say I CANT BREATH they said your talking so your breathing. They had a nurse holding my legs down and everything IT was such a crazy experience it sent me into a panic attack once it was all said and done I was in the middle of my panic attack and the nurse started reading me my discharge papers. My appointment was at 2:30 they just wanted to get me in and out of there. IT WAS THE WURST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE..THEY DID NOT LISTEN TO ME WHEN I ASKED THEM TO STOP BEFORE THEY EVEN TOUCHED MY TOOTH...THEY HAD NO CARE THAT I HAD A PANIC ATTACK AND WAS VERY RUDE.all expect one nurse she was the only one that help my hand and offered a napkin when i was crying. IF i could give them a negative review i would and yes i did tell them my concerns when they called and they gave me the run around when i asked for a manager and said they would call me but i havent heard anything back yet.

Dr Allen and his team have performed 3 surgeries on me. Each one has been amazing. They took me straight back and assistants prepped me and Dr. Allen placed the IV . i was heading home within an hour. Yesterday had 3 teeth surgically removed and today absolutely pain free and have not needed any pain meds except for 1 yesterday couple hours after surgery. I will not go anywhere else as long as he is still there.

Had a tooth pulled and Dr Allen done a great job without me having any pain !!! Staff was very professional and courteous Thanks to all at Dr Allen’s office great job!!!

The office/dental staff were extremely rude & unprofessional! ... I left in the middle of a consult due to the complete lack of respect ...

The worst dentist ever. Damaged a nerve during wisdom tooth extraction. Still completely numb after nine months. Having to see a nerve specialist out of state and out of pocket. Would love to sue and may do so!

I went in and had to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth taken out. Two of them were turned sideways and underneath my gums so he had to cut into my gums and break them apart and pull them out, I was put to sleep during my surgery. I was in a lot of pain after. They barely give you anything for pain at all. He wasn't even there after, his nurse, some blonde girl, who was VERY VERY rude to me right after waking me up from being put to sleep and after my surgery. She was so incredibly rude. She basically pushed me out the door. She had no people person skills and acted like she could care less about me before and after the surgery. When I seen him for my one week check up he was in and out in like 4 minutes. Didn't give me a chance to talk or ask any questions. He was rude. His nurse is extremely rude. I would never go there again. So hopefully by writing this I can save someone else from going through the same thing. Don't go there.

My family and I have gone to Dr. Allen for the last 15 years. He is always kind and professional. I would highly recommend his office! Unfortunately, it is not fun to have teeth taken out, but he takes the time to make me comfortable and explains everything. He is the best!!
