This is Dr. Mark Andrews, and I just wanted to state that the review which labeled me “incompetent” is factually inaccurate. This patient wanted a service accomplished which I told her I thought would not be in her best interest. I told her that I could make diagnostic models of her teeth which were to be mounted on a device which closely approximates how her teeth function. She agreed to pay for this service. After completing my analysis of these models, I told her that I would not do the work she had requested because I felt it was HIGHLY LIKELY to be unsuccessful. I gave her the models that I made and referred her to a colleague who has seen almost everything in over 45 years of clinical practice. To the best of my knowledge she went somewhere else. She had been to at least 3 dentists prior to seeing me. She complained about each and every one of them to me. Fortunately, I never accomplished a single restorative procedure on this lady who is not only difficult to please, but also… aggressive as evidenced by her inaccurate review of her interactions with me.
