Dr. Mark Richard Belsky, MD

The office is rundown, and the wait times can be long. The doctor spends only a few minutes with you. Additionally, I had major issues with a bill. Staff was not forthcoming when I inquired about the expense of a prescribed piece of equipment. At the time of my visit, I was assured that any charged I might incur would be nominal. That couldn't be any farther from the truth. When I called back to ask about my bill, I was essentially told "too bad" and that no staff member can quote or track down the price of an item. Overall - poor patient experience.

This office is absolutely ridiculous. I have had a degenerative disorder with my wrist and had a doctor that was fantastic. Unfortunate he retired and sent me here where they care more about getting paid than they do about your level of care. You will spend almost an hour in the waiting room (which you pay for in parking) just to see your doctor for a very rushed 5 mins. He will tell you what he wants to do without actually explaining what he will be doing or the aftermath of the procedure so be prepared to do some outside research. Also be ready to pay your entire bill at the time of visit as payments when you are on a disability paycheck are neither welcome nor appreciated. The office staff is deplorable and the doctors can't be bothered with you.

He operated on my hand in 1984. I still marvel at how well it works.

Dr. Belsky explained clearly, showed me what he intended to do, spoke to me both before and after surgery and spent time with me at each of my follow-up visits. Very knowledgeable, kind and caring. His staff also is very good. I would definitely recommend him.

I was referred to Dr. Belsky for a joint problem on my hand. He was recommended very highly and I do as well. He was kind, gentle and professional. I trust his opinion totally.His staff was the NICEST I have experienced in my years of going to doctors. They were SO sweet, and so accommodating. I loved them. If I have an additional problem or need hand surgery I would have Dr. Belsky do it. Excellent in every category!

Dr. Belsky is a caring and compassionate practitioner. I trust his judgement and his diagnosis of any hand/wrist/elbow ailments my family and I have had to deal with. He spends ample time explaining what is going on with me and never rushes me out. He makes sure I understand and am comfortable with his explanation.

What doctor calls you back at 9:30pm on a weekend night and spends a half-hour to address and answer your questions, issues and concerns? Dr. Belsky is that doctor. He's a remarkable doctor and person, and, in all my years I have found very few as wonderful as he. I recommend him very highly, and I'm thankful I have him as my hand doctor.
