Dr. Mark Bunin Benor, MD

Dr is good, and staff are pleasant when you're there. But impossible to reach by phone for appointments or anything else even. Staff rarely answer and important time sensitive messages never acknowledged or returned. If you've something urgent you're just out of luck.

I recently needed a change to a prescription I take daily. I called Dr. Benor's office two weeks in advance of the refill date, and did not receive a response. Up until my prescription ran out I called 6 more times, each time being told I would receive a call back once the Dr. reviewed the change. I never heard back and had to go through a different doctor to get a new prescription. It cost me $350 to see the other doctor and 5 hours of my time. I would not recommend Dr. Benor's office.

We where impress by the care and patience in the way doctor Benor proceed the first visit with our son . Doctor Benor his exactly the kind of doctor we need for our autistic son.
