Dr. Mark J Bernstein, MD

I looked all over for a psychiatrist and I did research. I read the reviews and realized you cant write a review on someone you've never met. I understood there was a waiting list, but it was not too long and it was worth it. He was compassionate and knowledgeable. He returns calls, and will fit you in if needed. He is a very nice person and a good Psychiatrist.

Dr. Bernstein has seen me for years. I feel the best I have felt in years. He knows medication and we were able to find the right treatment for me.

I called this office to make an appointment and they refused to see me based on a history of addiction years in the past. I have never heard of such outward discrimination in my life. I am a cancer patient who lost my insurance and had to change doctors and I'm Just heartbroken I can't find any help. Just as a side note I don't take any narcotics benzodiazepines or stimulants
