Do not go to him he causes you to never breathe again

Saw dr. Bianchi because of a on going serious issue and my regular dr was booked months out. I can’t even explain to you how horrible this visit was. This guy is clearly doesn’t care about his patients and just wants to bill the insurance company. Guy literally did nothing and said, “nope all looks fine” I literally have sores in my mouth from some kind of infection. This guy is a joke and should lose his license

Avoid at all costs, especially with children. I question his competence, don’t be fooled by the “Yale” stuff. I’m ok with competent doctors with bad bedside manners but he is lacking in both categories.

Rude and condescending, I won't be going back to that Dr B. again

Visits were always great. I was a nervous wreck going in for surgery but Dr Bianchi and his team were amazing. Very sore but no bleeding and surgical site looks great. Def recommend. Plus was one of the first to take my insurance with Husky as an adult.

The male receptionist at the front desk should not be working with the public period. His lack of customer service and professionalism is appalling and most disturbing! I think the worst part of the whole thing is that he was aware that my child was scheduled for surgery with Dr. Bianchi. He complained of how Yale wasn't paying him to do all that he was doing and that most of what he was doing was not his job. In my opinion his pay should be deducted for chasing customers out the door. There are way too many certified doctors with professional staff members who are in the business of customer satisfaction for me to spend my hard earned money with this joke of an establishment. A very bad reflection on the Dr.

Excellent Doctor. This Group of Doctors , very impressive. Took time . Listened . Left appointment knowing my questiones had been answered . Friendly staff.

Took out my 5yo tonsils and adenoids. She was so comfortable with Dr Bianchi and his staff that she walked into the OR with them without a tear or a look back at her dad and I.
