Dr. Bishara is the best. Even my procedure he continues to provide me with post care for more than a year and still answers any concerns that I may have and my progress. I truly appreciate that about him. He's such a wonderful person and provide his patients with first class service. His staff are amazing, clean and beautiful office. His services is one of Best .

I am a physician myself and he did Avery poor crown transplant and then when I asked for a refund or correctly redo the surgery he wasted my time many times in the name of re-evaluation and asked me to buy 4K worth of equipment to improve his poor results.

For hair restoration, this is the absolute last place you want to be. He is not an expert, he is only good at selling you that he is. has good bedside manner but a terrible doctor and he is extremely dishonest when reviewing results. He promises the world then only delivers 10% of what he promised then blames you the patient for the poor results... it is so distasteful, it makes me sick to my stomach. Go see a doctor who specializes in hair restoration not someone who buys an expensive machine and does it on the side to make more money. People who are losing their hair are already in enough pain then you go to doctor thinking you can trust them to help you but they exploit you instead compounding that pain exponentially. Find a good doctor, they are out there just do more research than I did.

You may contact me personally and I will go into further detail so you can save your money and find a better doctor*** ( just a brief overview ) I flew all the way from New Jersey because I thought Mark Bishara was the answer for my Hair Transplant procedure. I saved up for years to have this procedure and I wasted over $16,000 on this doctor. I got ALOT of permanent scarring from the procedure(pictures on request). I got roughly about 10% of hair growth when the doctor told me I would get anywhere between 90% to 99% of hair growth. He kept promising me that I was the "perfect" candidate. I also received Botox from this doctor during my visit to Texas. He messed up on my Botox by over-Botoxing areas on my forehead. I had to see my doctor is New Jersey who told me this doctor didn't know what he was doing. ( references on request ). I asked the doctor for a refund so I can go to another doctor that can… give me the results he promised. The doctor made me fly out to Dallas under my expense just to refer me to another doctor in Chicago who does this type of tattoo on the scalp(also under my expense). I plan to spread the word so other people won't fall victim to his scam. He might have beautiful offices and look like he's a top notch doctor but please under no circumstances get ANY cosmetic work by this doctor. Wonderful compassionate staff and caring professional Doctor. I am a registered nurse so I pick up on all the little things and this surgery was top notch. Was recommended by a friend and will refer my friends in the future.
