Lied that we were 17 minutes late when we were only 1 minute late and that was because we had to stand in a long line to check in. Refused to see my child. We had made 6 phone calls and on hold for over 30 minutes just to make that appointment and waited 4 months to get to that appointment. Horrible attitude at previous appointments and basically called us liars about what our child was saying they experienced. We will never ever go back. The pediatric nurses are also rude and like to try to make you feel like a bad parent. Do not recommend SSM at all. We are so happy we got away from the Dean system.

Dr. Boettcher is patient, kind, and communicative. He is knowledgeable, informative, and always willing to answer questions. He does well to try and make appointments comfotable and has a fun and flashy personality that is engaging for young kids. We have always felt welcome and supported!

Sent letter to my daugters preschool about how she may transmit a diease to other class mates due to the fact she only had some of the vaccines on the recommended schedule. Always in a hurry to get out of appointments.
