I became aware of a skin lesion on my back that was concerning. I contacted Dr Boland at his Fulton Co Medical Center office. I was concerned about the lesion and worried about the possibility of a melanoma. Dr Boland saw me that day and assured me that the lesion,much to my relief, was a benign growth as a result of sun damage. He removed it as well as two others. He was comforting, very professional and pleasant.

I have been a patient of Dr. Boland's for many years. I have had multiple skin lesions, blebs, moles, etc. removed; have had stitches placed for deep cuts and wounds. He has sutured my son from the time he was an infant and then for head wounds and more. He is thorough, caring, gentle and humble. He talks and communicates in easy to understand lay language and doesn't play the role of haughty doctor and bamboozle us with fancy medical terminology. My family trusts him with all of our heart and soul.

Excellent results with perfect healing. No scar and no pain when injected with the numbing medicine.

I have been using Dr Boland for many various skin lesions over the past 15 years. He has always been kind and his staff always courteous. They always run on time when I have an appointment and I will continue to use his services.

After my consultation, and asking a number of educated questions, I was convinced that he didn't have enough experience for the surgery that I was looking to have done. He appeared rather disheveled and mumbled unintelligibly at times. Obviously, my search for a plastic surgeon did not end with that consultation. My advice, based off of my experience, is to not even consider this surgeon.

Do yourself a favor and find another plastic surgeon

He's a great doctor if you don't mind getting a hepatitis and HIV test, and paying for it yourself. He uses dirty equipment and puts his patients lives at risk. Look it up yourself, before you schedule your appointment. Also, he's a creep! He doesn't even deserve one star!

After meeting Dr. Boland and allowing him to give me a shot to numb my skin for a biopsy, I decided he was creepy and his office looked dirty, so I left his office without having the biopsy completed. Consequently, I was not surprised when I received a "Dear Patient" letter suggesting that I be tested (at my own expense) for Hep B and C and HIV. Now I hear he financed a local gym (now closed) for a convicted steroid dealer! Why does that not surprise me, either?

See Bob's review below and ditto for me. I am one of several thousand people treated over the past 2 years by him, and now we need to get $500 tests to see if we have HIV or hepatitis because this guy could not be bothered to clean his instruments properly. Nice.
