Dr Bookout forced my grandson to have surgery while he still had an ear infection causing him to eventually go deaf in his left ear... zero stars was not available... what some so called professionals do for money over a child wellbeing is deplorable...

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Bookout is avery professional. Surgery was painless.

My grandchild was very sick after surgery, had to wait over 2 hours to get a call back.

Dr. Bookout will always be in our pantheon of heroes!

My son is waiting to get is 3rd set of tubes. His office staff is rude and unprofessional. Here is a tip, if you don't want to work for a doctors office, then get a different job! I was supposed to have a call to schedule surgery today. I had to call them. Then was told that she wasn't there and might not be there tomorrow and has a lot of paperwork on her desk. -How ridiculous. They are pathetic

Shame on you dr bookout ,for dismissing my precious grandson Dillon Creekmoore. Just because of his irresponsibly mother missed her appointments with you, to punish Dillon and me . I have custody of Dillon now and iam very responsible, I was on time for his appointment and respect your time ,but was treated like a criminal at your office and was told your not going to see Dillon. That poor boy has been gone through a lot and don't need to be rejected by you . I have not been able to be in his life a whole lot because of his mother's bipolar disorder. I do have custody of Dillon and try my best to help him to get over his mother's issues. I wish you would not have been such a covert and come up to the front office and tell my Grandson that you don't want to take care of his needs because of his failed mother. Think about this for a minute.

This is a quack! You don't even see him. You see a PA to schedule a surgery your child may not even need. When you decide that it isn't in your child's best interest, you get the office staff calling to be rude! Bet they wouldn't say the things they said to me on the phone, to my face.

Our experience with this provider has been a pleasure will recommend him to anyone.

They are respectful and try everything to identify any issues you may be having I would recommend others.
