Dr. Mark Henry Coronel Bouffard IV

I wish zero (0) stars was avaliable because that is what this medical office deserves. Thanks to their unprofessional medical assistant staff I will no longer have to go to this 2.0-3.0 Bouffard medical office because I was redirected by my insurance to a 4.8-5.0 Dr.. This office definitely is cherry-picking their patients. They are bias and so misleading. It took this office almost two months to file my medical release forms to be able to schedule my first appointment. This medical office lacks responsibility with patients such as returning an email, a phone call and booking and canceling appointments without reaching the patient, they claim that in fact they tried to reach me and I have no call history on my phone from them. It would have been nice to have gotten a phone call to notify me that my appointment was canceled but the smile and the sarcasm by the front desk person says it all, the kind of medical assistant staff they have is unprofessional and unethical. It is unfortunate… that they do not even know me and I have already been treated like I was the irresponsible patient and I was also treated like a liar because according to front desk assistant "THIS OFFICE DOES NOT MAKE MISTAKES BUT THE PATIENTS DEFINITELY DO." Dr. BAUFFARD your medical assistant staff needs efficient and professional training to know how to do their job professionally. They lie about the patient and you make unwise decisions because of their unprofessional, poor and unethical job performance. I only take responsibility for canceling one appointment due to covid. The second appointment was canceled by a staff assistant due to not finding my medical release forms which I have proof the medical office in fact did receive my forns three days prior to the appointment they canceled. Honestly- wouldn’t return. This man shows up 55 minutes late with no apology. I asked why he was late and said, “I usually don’t work on this day”. He was rude, condescending and not kind. How can you be a pain doctor and be so cold. I would NOT recommend him to anyone and it makes me sad to think older people in this community that don’t know how to navigate the system are stuck with him. He lectured us on what our primary doctor had prescribed and said “I can’t help you with that”. We had the hardest time getting a pain mgmt doc for my husband- finally got in - and it was so disappointing. Be weary.

Dr. Bouffard immediately zeroed in on the problem. He sent me to have testing done, which confirmed his suspicion. I now have knowledge of issue. I am from out of state so will follow up with my providers there. If I were staying here longer Dr. Bouffard would refer me to the appropriate provider. I am very pleased with Dr. Bouffard and his staff. While being professional this is a very caring, kind provider.

I was worried that all Pain Management doctors would be the same and treat me like a "drug addict". I have found Dr. Bouffard and this staff are very approachable and kind, but still very professional. I now feel like I have options going forward and I will be able to stay with this practice to meet my needs.

Always taken care of ., knowing when i leave the office my pain will be gone..

Dr. Bouffard is an excellent physician who takes the time to evaluate his patients and provide care based upon patients individual needs He is kind, compassionate, polite and listens to his patients in order to best serve them.

Dr. Bouffard is the most knowledgeable and empathic Dr you ever want to deal with! He listens to ALL of your concerns and you never feel rushed. He truly wants you to live a pain free life. He looks at the whole picture and not just the one area of pain. When he's speaking to you, you are the most important patient! He will personally call you at home, after a procedure to see how you're doing. If he has an emergency and your appointment needs to be changed, he calls you after hours. He is one FANTASTIC Pain and Spine Dr. We won "the lotto" when we crossed paths with Dr. Bouffard.
