Dr. Mark Brandon Bowland, MD

Dr Bowland was my anesthesiologist for my c-section last month. He was kind, polite, made me comfortable and at ease, and I had zero issues during or after the c-section. He explained everything thoroughly and helped make my c-section better than I had anticipated. I highly recommend!

He had a great arm and was clear, fast, steady, and took care of me. I my first Anesthesiologist Dr. Tingle was the worst. She gave me a spinal headache and couldn’t even get blood for the blood patch that didn’t even work the first time and had to put me through it twice. My husband, who works in ER, ended up drawing my blood and she told us to not mention it to anyone with panic and fear as it started to scare me that this Doctor was starting to panic. I was terrified to have another epidural and when I heard she was the anesthesiologist on call that night I went into labor with my sick baby as it was I did NOT want her again. I asked for another doctor and he came in educating me while performing and ensuring me I had no reason to be scared and he was AMAZING! With all my babies I will ask for Dr. Bowland. Thank you Dr. Bowland, your services are worth the fees

Had no problem with his services but 6+ months after received a notice from GEHA insurance that he has been debarred from the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program. Check with your doctor before any surgery using his services.

Dr. Mark assured me he would take good care of me during surgery, and he did. He was the last face I saw before being knocked out for surgery, First person I saw after waking. Made me feel as if he really cared and I wasn't Just one in a long list of patients.
