I rate Dr. Boytim very high. He is very pleasant and goes into detail about your problem. He seems to be very concerned with my problem and I always feel like I am in good hands when I leave his office. I have great confidence in him.

Paperwork still sits on the desk! A signature took two weeks to get... Hmmm.. More to follow! :( Dont have a good feeling.

the staff could be more on top of things. they are not very friendly, or maybe it is the ones ive dealt with. the scheduling lady is super nice though. she goes way out of her way to inform you of changes or openings. as for the doctor. he would be a bit more open and friendly.

I change my opinion.The staff is friendly and helpful. The insurance paperwork and runaround are the most frustrating.The demand of insurance and time frames is the problem.

If you need timely paperwork completed,I.E.,insurance papers, this is not the doctor for you. Paperwork sits on his desk a week at a time even after numerous calls to the office advising them you have so many days to return the paperwork. I asked for a prescription refill and two days later, still dont have it.Its an eye opening experience at how the lack of caring can actually make you feel worse than the procedure you have done! Choose another office......
