Dr. Brauning is sincere but also offers hope, even when a situation is complicated. He helps us feel empowered to improve our health. Dr. Brauning makes sure that we get recommended screening tests, that our questions are answered, and that we have a clear plan of action upon leaving his office. He is vigilant about following up on any tests that are done and communicating those results. Dr. Brauning explains that there are small things we can do to make us feel valued. He cares about us. Dr. Brauning is always willing to work to figure out what is going on. He is very professional, kind, and compassionate to everyone.

i love playing phone tag-being told to arrive 15 mins before appointment but the office doesn't open at 8am but like other patient waiting outsdiewaing outside 15 mins prior to appointment-and call back number is incorrect so have to go though many number at different locations listening to loop music and promos- your phone system has not kept up with all the medical corporation merging

I called Dr. Brauning in the morning and he got back to me early afternoon. I told him my symptoms he made an appointment with me that day. After seeing me he prescribed meds and gave me some instructions. He also was reassuring about my diagnosis. He called with the results and was right with his diagnosis.
