Up front, I outlined three issues that I could not compromise. He violated all three boundaries. I arrived with healthy teeth and calcium/gums. I experienced constant pain; couldn't chew. During a final conversation with him he asked me what kinds of food couldn't I chew. I said: "are you kidding?! It was clear that in all of our sessions he hadn't been listening. I was compelled to depart his practice with two cracked teeth and a split necrotic gum. This behavior speaks volumes. He wouldn't return my money for a retainer fitting and creation. He tried getting me to sign an NDA before reimbursement. I refused. I took him to Small Claims Court pro se. He had a lawyer. I WON. NOTE: when you pay for a product or service in this country that you never receive you are legally entitled to… get your money back. If you've had a bad experience with Bronsky, write to the NYS Licensing Department. If he's not returned money, rightfully yours or charged you with an inappropriate fee, contact the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and/or report it to your credit card company.

dr Bronsky seemed very nice at my first visit and I was confident to start my tretment .Once I mad my first payment, he turned his back to me, became arrogant, at times not even examining me.... I was a here doua experience.His office staff will answer at here convenience, sometimes right away, an ome times taking weks, and always talking about money...not so much about my health. his prices are well above th regular orthodontist and results not great.Beware! do not le yourself be fooled bu his apparently nice office and front desk.It is a scam and not a good doctor.
