Do not bother with this place. I went for annual blood tests and met with the PA Madison Flicker who I was not impressed with. Felt like just a number vs a real person. She didn’t even take the time to get to know me. She just scared me with her “ it’s this way, you will be on statins for the rest of your life” My numbers were elevated yet a natural start with diet first then discuss meds later. I am in decent shape, I work out and starting a diet with my partner who now has type 2 diabetes. Knowing that my mom had polymyositis from statins. It felt like they don’t dive in to see what will work best for the patient. My mom suffered her last 10 years from being prescribed so many meds. She was on 15 pills a day. No quality of life, thanks to her doctor. He killed her. They don’t look outside the box to help us individually, just push those drugs on everyone. Maybe they are getting extra gifts from big Pharma. I dove into learning about statins and guess what? It can bring on… polymyositis. I stopped taking it right away. These drugs are poison and I don’t feel comfortable with treatment there. They work for the pharmaceutical companies not for us. I would not recommend this place of you are over 60.

Dr. Carroll has my respect and confidence. Thank you for caring about your patients and being a great person.

The wait may be a little longer, but well worth it. For my first visit, he spent and hour and a half with me. Great doctor!

Four years with Dr. Carroll and I would never go to any one else!

Having multiple medical problems, it was a delight to have found Dr Carroll when we moved to Colorado Springs. He actually listens and promptly refers you to a specialist when proper care exceeds his expertise.

On May 12th I walked in the office with a serious problem. I was with Sara within five minutes. Sara and staff arranged for quick as possible diagnosis with Penrad Radiology. Before the day was over I was on proper medication. I would call that CARE words cannot express.

Dr Carroll is one of the best.

This place has the worst customer service. I waited three days for simple refills and when I called I was told to make an appt. I had called prior to requesting a refill and was told i didn't need an appt. So I went in requesting to see my doc and Marsha the office manager told me I could not. Don't get seen here!!!! I will be posting my experience to all social media sites to let everyone know you all ARE HORRIBLE!!!! I AM A SEVERELY DISABLED VET WHO JUST NEEDED MY MEDS BE ABLE TO MOVE.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Carroll. He is accurate, compassionate, knowledgeable, patient, caring, the list goes on and on. If there were 10 stars, I would have marked all 10!!!
