Doctor Mark Casaia and his Staff are excellent . He listen to the patient and is a very kind Doctor .

I saw Dr. Casaia some time ago and he helped me through some rough times. I had multiple visits with him for a lump in my neck which turned out to be cancer. He was spot on in his conclusions throughout my journey and helped me not must medically, but also was a great emotional support. He's a great family doctor.

Dr. Casaia is fantastic, I have been a patient for many years. He always takes time to listen to any members of my family during their appointments. Most of the staff in the office are wonderful as well.

Dr. Casaia's office staff is rude and unprofessional. He spends very little time with you and when he does, he seems to care very little. He misdiagnosed simple gallstones for over a year, while I suffered from horrible gallstone attacks. He misdiagnosed a broken kneecap as well, and told me to just go home and ice it. He's a terribly cold, impersonal doctor and he regularly missed simple diagnoses.
