Dr. Mark Adam Cassol, MD

I traveled from Hawaii to have Dr. Cassol perform my cataract surgery. This physician and his staff are the epitome of excellence. Dr. Cassol’s superb medical professionalism coupled with his great personality made me feel at ease in his office and during the surgery. His office facility and staff are top notch which attribute to great customer service excellence.

He did not check to confirm that my eye was numb before he started the laser astigmatism correction procedure. When I cried out in pain and begged him to stop multiple times he did not stop. It was torture! When my family member complained and asked the director of nursing who was with me in the procedure room (and did nothing to stop him) why he did not stop right away she said “He did not want to." I guess he just wanted to get it finished. No excuse. Obviously Cassol puts his time above patient welfare. Don’t use him.

Dr. Cassol ifs the best of the best. He is very caring, thorough, professional and always available. I drive 62 miles to see him and would be willing to drive much further. If you need the services he provides you need not look any further.

Facility was clean and pleasant as were the staff members! Haha. Dr. Cassol is a master of his profession. He explained everything clearly, concisely, and jargon free. He replied in a measured and thoughtful manner to my questions. He didn't exhibit the annoyed and rushed demeanor so common in the medical profession these days. I wholeheartedly entrust him with care of that most precious commodity - the miracle of vision!

Dr.Cassol was attentive and addressed any questions and concerns I had. His staff are so kind and caring. Very enjoyable experience at a doctors office.

Dr. Cassol gave my father a second opinion and spent the time to explain the procedure fully to us both. The staff is excellent, the office atmosphere is welcoming, and Dr. Cassol is very knowledgable and down to earth. I recommend Dr. Cassol to anyone and everyone.

The only staff who was friendly was the one who took me to the exam room and reviewed my medical history. I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room. Then waited 15 minutes after seeing the Dr, for 5 minutes, to book a "nothing at all" -Dr. Cassol- procedure. The front desk person is self serving. This medical office does not offer you any respect as a patient. They do not appreciate what you have gone through to get there. You will be treated like a number. They want to milk the price as much as possible. The front office girl "Shay" is awful. Gives orders, and they are not polite at all. The worst experience I have ever had in a Dr's office. Cold, Awkward, & Condescending.

Dr Cassol and his staff are very friendly. They make you feel at home from the time you walk in the door. Dr Cassol is very thorough and he makes you feel comfortable the whole time. If I ever need any eye surgery I'll definitely go to him . I highly recommend Dr Cassol.
