Dr. Chin-Lenn is very thorough and great at diagnosing issues. His team is friendly and professional. I highly recommend his practice for general and family medicine.

I love this practice! The staff is super sweet and kind. Very responsive. The communication website is excellent and always quick to respond. I just moved down to West Palm Beach and a friend insisted that I drive to Hollywood ti meet with Dr. Chin Lenn. Less than 8 months later and 41 lbs, I am feeling really well for the first time in a very long time. My Thyroid, insulin and all other hormones are balanced. I wish I had gone to him before. In retrospect, I should have flown down to see him

The office "manager" Kkkevin is rude, disgusting and is violating Patient's Bill of Rights. The place is overbooked and the follow up is POORLY DONE!!!

One of the best, very smart and to the point

I started with this doctor almost 15 years ago before he had his own practice. Back then he would sit and talk to us for as long as I had questions. Now I have to call several times and never call back. He is way over booked and you will wait HOURS for a visit. Recently i called to get my dad‘s appointment fixed and Kevin answered the phone very rudely. He’s the office manager and always has a bad attitude. Since Kevin started with this doctor he has been giving me attitude and has insulted me several times. Even after my mom passed away I called to get things in order for my father and Kevin was horrible then. So this time when I called I asked if my doctor could call me back and he told me that he would not speak to me unless I told him what was wrong with me. I told him it was about the appointment issue to which he responded “I solved that for you..” So I told him it was a personal issue and he DEMANDED that I disclose what was wrong with me. So I said I have feminine… issues that I did not want to discuss with him. He said I need to know what is wrong with you EXACTLY. Finally I said it’s a feminine issue and you’re violating HIPPA and he then agreed to have the doctor call me. I asked why he was being so rude and he insisted he wasn’t. I said this is why I don’t want to come back to the office and he told me “good, don’t come back.” I asked him to transfer me to David (who was busy), Patricia (who was also busy) and Machica (who surprisingly was also busy). I pleaded with him to let me speak to anyone other than him and he wouldn’t. I never received a call back from anyone that day. The following day David called me back and informed me that the doctor no longer calls patients and that they must email him. So I did just that. I wrote my heart out in an email to my doctor of 15 years and guess what he does? He drops me as a patient and defends this guy because I was upset. Seriously?! It’s very evident to me that I’m not cared for there and wouldn’t return either way, but hearing Dr. Chin say it broke my heart. I don’t understand how Kevin has kept his job this long. I went online and found multiple bad reviews on him personally. Many people say how they love the doctor but hate Kevin and how they won’t return because of him. He is disgusting and doesn’t belong working with people!

He is always concerned with your whole health.

I had a wonderful first visit with Dr. Chin-Lenn. The entire staff were professional and welcoming and I received extremely professional care. The facility is beautiful and immaculate. I will be recommending Dr. Chin- Lenn my friends and family.

I have been Dr. Chin-Lenn's pt for a about five years now. He is one of the most thorough M.D.'s I have ever seen. He has FIU Third Year M.D. students doing a family practice rotation through his practice and under his tutelage they will be very competent physicians. Dr. Chinn-Lenn has a physician assistant, Courtney who has been very responsive, as was his previous PA Rachael. I have always been impressed with Dr. Chin-Lenn's practice and his staff. in 66 years this is the best family practice I have ever seen.
